This costume consists of a dress with red and white short sleeved stripy top with a knee length blue skirt. The dress has an attached belt and the Wally Logo printed on the skit. Also included in this cartoon inspired costume is a bobble hat and a pair of black glasses just like the illustration in the 'where's Wally?' children's books.
